You bring the consistency.
Nura brings the path.

Nura asks, understands what you tell it, and turns it into a plan built around the time you actually have.

Hey. How's the week going?

Not great, honestly.

What's getting stuck?

The 20 minutes of focused work.

Do you not start them, or do you stop halfway?

I don't start them.

Before we touch the plan, try something else: do them right after your coffee, always in the same spot.

Already tried that. Nothing.

Right. So it isn't the method, it's the size. Let's dial it down.

A smaller start makes beginning cheaper, and still counts as proof that you showed up.

NURA

Tomorrow you'll see 10. If that holds for two weeks, we raise it.

A coach that adapts
to what you need.

Nura listens to what's actually happening today, thinks it through with you, and turns the conversation into one concrete decision: adjust the plan, get you unstuck, start something new, or make sense of your progress.

WHAT'S GOING ON TODAY?

You don't need to know what to ask for.
Start by saying what's going on.

YOU

I'm stuck and I don't know how to keep going.

NURA

You don't need another goal. Let's find the smallest step you can still take today.

WHAT CHANGESNext step unblocked

Four minutes. A plan built for the life you have.

Nura doesn't hand you a template. It listens, repeats back what it understood, and builds a next step with you that you can start today.

Habits don't achieve dreams.
They build the ground you achieve them from.

Nura isn't built on self-help slogans. Behind it there's a research document of our own with thirty academic references: meta-analyses, systematic reviews and seminal work.

There is no universal deadline

The famous 21 days don't exist. The most recent review finds medians of 59 to 66 days, and individual ranges from 4 to 335. That's why Nura won't promise you a date: it proposes an experiment and reviews it.

Singh et al., 2024, Healthcare

Wanting it isn't enough

What closes the gap between intention and action are «if X happens, I do Y» plans. Across 642 tests, they work best when they're specific and rehearsed. Every action in your plan carries its cue.

Sheeran et al., 2024, European Review of Social Psychology

A habit is not a streak

It's an automatic response tied to a stable cue. Counting consecutive days measures something else. That's why a miss here is information for adjusting the plan, not a debt to repay.

Wood & Rünger, 2016, Annual Review of Psychology

The Reset Day comes from there too: one day every thirty to look at what happened and decide what changes. It isn't one more notification, and it deserves its own explanation.

What the Reset Day is

Start the day
knowing what's on it.

Anything undecided doesn't sit still: it comes back while you're doing something else, and it gets in the way. A specific plan switches it off. That's why Nura hands you the day already settled — so you can spend your head on everything else.

Your memory forgives.
The map doesn't.

We remember the good weeks and round off the bad ones: that's what the mind does to keep you moving. The map doesn't round anything. The days you showed up and the days you didn't, with no fake rewards and no inflated percentages — and from that you can actually decide something.

One day to stop
and look back.

The Reset Day isn't another notification: it's an event, and Nura books it with you, with a date. And it didn't come out of a product meeting: it came out of a day that changed how I look at things, and that I wanted back.

How a Reset Day works
  • Are you avoiding anything by doing what you are doing right now?
  • Is what you are doing right now moving you toward the life you want, or away from it?
  • Is there something important you have been treating as though it does not matter?
  • When did you feel most energized or engaged today? When did you feel most drained or disconnected?

Nura calls them Reality Checks. Two land at random at some point in the day, and they don't warn you what they'll ask.
